LIVING ON DEMAND was established in 1999 by Bärbel and Rudolf Franz, as a property management service, initially for their own property portfolio. The first property was a listed building, built in 1780, with rental living space of 450 m2.
LIVING ON DEMAND is now a modern property company with a current portfolio of 250 own residential and commercial units. The overall living area of the company-owned rental properties is in excess of 20,000 m".
