LIVING ON DEMAND was founded in 1998 by Bärbel and Rudolf Franz as a real estate management company for their own real estate portfolio . The first existing property was a listed building from 1780.

Today, LIVING ON DEMAND is a modern real estate company with its own current portfolio of 250 residential and commercial units.
